Bald Head Island is accessible by private boat or by a 20-minute passenger ferry ride from Deep Point Marina, located at 1301 Ferry Road in Southport, N.C.  Ferries run hourly from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with extended hours in season.
